We receive your request and provide you, via email, with an acknowledgement. When you reply back to us (we then know our message didn't end up in the spam box !), we will send you a cost estimate for the project. If pricing is in line with your expectations, we will design a concept for the sign.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see an answer from us within the next 48 hours, please check your spam box for an email from sales@belmeadesigns.com. If it wrongly ended there, add us to your contact list.
- STEP 3
Once the concept is approved, we email you a "formal" quote for the job (within 24 hours). You review the quote, request changes if needs be, you are ready to place your order.
- STEP 4
Payment must be received before production begins. For your convenience we do accept checks , major credit cards and also Paypal. We do take credit card information over the phone to avoid any information misuse over the web. For Paypal, we will email you an invoice link fromthe Paypal secure payment website.

- Complete it and scan into an email or mail it back us at Belmeade Signs, Simsbury road, West Granby, CT 06090.
- If you already have an existing design, please email it to us at sales@belmeadesigns.com. Formats accepted are .eps .ai .pdf .jpg.
RESTORATION SERVICES
For any restoration projects, pictures are of great help to determine project magnitude. Also as much detail as possible such as approximate age, material, colors you can remember (for the completly faded signs) etc. We will give you an approximation of cost of restoration with a "not to exceed" amount.Have a specific color scheme in mind?
Send us a paint chip or paint manufacturer and model and we will match it and apply to your sign color scheme.
