Ordering Process
Consultation
Our process begins with a thorough consultation to understand your signage needs. We'll discuss design options, materials selection, and budgeting to ensure the perfect solution for your signage needs.
Quote and Design
Following the consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote and initial design concepts. All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Approval and Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to begin production if the sign cost is greater than $500. The remaining balance is due upon completion before shipping.

- We accept major credit cards and business checks (add 4% for cards)

Timeline and Production
Production Timeline
Standard production time is 5-7 weeks after design approval and deposit receipt. Custom or large projects may require additional time.
Rush Orders
Rush service is available for an additional fee, subject to current production schedule and complexity of the project.
Warranty and Maintenance
Quality Guarantee
All signs come with a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
Cancellation and Changes
Design Changes
Three rounds of minor design revisions are included in the initial quote. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours after payment, less any design work completed.
